Shipping Info

1. Delivery

We accept worldwide orders. Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping. We do our best to process your order as fast as possible. You can easily find your tracking number when you visit Taikonaut-time.com again & log-in your account. However, should the delivery time exceed 2 weeks, Please notify us by e-mail.

2. Shipping Rates

Worldwide orders are shipped by register air mail. We currently offer free shipping on all watch bands and asccessories item.

3. Returns Policy

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for one time exchange , this policy apply to original list price buyer , we will not consider any exchange on discount items. Before returning the items, please notify us by e-mail. You are responsible to pay the return postage unless the items we send is in-correct , is damaged, or is missing parts. Items which show clear signs of use is not qualify to return. We also do not accept returns of customized items. The purchase becomes effective upon the expiry of the 14-day return period.

4. Sending your Return

You can send your return to Taikonaut Limited , Unit 7 , 7/F , Tower B , Southmark , 11 Yip Hing Street , Wong Chuk Hang , Hong Kong. Please enclose the invoice.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If something is wrong with an order you have received from Taikonaut-time.com, please notify the obvious defects immediately (within 14 days) by sending us an e-mail or a fax. Your invoice will be accepted as the certificate of warranty.
