If order includes any exotic material such as "genuine alligator strap", we will ship the parcel via Hong Kong Post. However, the final say as to which postal service we’ll use is at our discretion.

Reroute of Shipment - Rerouting charges

- Customers will be charged 15.00USD for rerouting shipments i.e.: request to change address after parcel dispatched, courier failed to deliver parcel due to incorrect/insufficient address, refuse parcel upon delivery

Customs fees and other import duties

Except SELECTED Countries, buyers are responsible for covering all their local tax and duty fees.

Returns/refunds policy

Our return policy allows you to return unworn products for ANY reason within 14 days of having received it for an exchange or a refund.

Return-eligible items will be accepted within 14 days of delivery date.

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot refund duties and taxes paid to clear custom.

10% of your payment will be deducted as re-stock fee.

• If the parcel arrived as damaged, items missing, incorrect items sent, or cases related as such, customers are expected to notify us within 48 hours of receiving our goods and we will take care of it.

• Any returned product must remain in unworn, original condition, and in its original packaging.

• If we receive a damaged or worn product, we will be unable to process your return.

• If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at customer-care@taikonaut-time.com as soon as possible to notify us, and we will make all necessary arrangements.

• If an exchange/replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

• If confirmed lost, a refund/replacement will be issued.

   

 
Cancellations

• Please note that changes or cancellations are not guaranteed; we recommend checking your order carefully before submitting it.

• Orders placed Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (PST) may be edited or cancelled within 1 hour of order placement where possible.

• Orders that are shipped before a cancellation has been confirmed must be returned by guidelines featured above.

• Furthermore, if orders are to be cancelled prior to dispatch, a 10% restock fee will be deducted from your payment for canceling the order.

 

Limited Warranty

We offer 180 days limited warranty on all products sold on this website.

During the warranty period, at our discretion, if there proves to be a manufacturing or craft defect/fault under regular use within this period. Please get in touch with us before your claims. We will need photos of the defect or issue.

Once we confirm the strap is eligible for claims under the manufacturer's defect, we will repair or replace the strap free of charge. You will not be charged for the shipping costs.

All repair or replacement services will take up to 4-6 weeks to complete once we receive the defect/fault items. (Some exceptions apply – see below)

Please return the product by following our Returns Procedure.

Exceptions:

The limited warranty does not cover the following:

• We do not accept sale items for a refund, nor items that have been purchased using a discount code.

• We do not accept returns on items that have been altered for sale.

• Leather or fabric: we do not accept returns regarding normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: ageing, fading, pilling or natural markings.

• Damage resulting from improper handling, e.g. lack of care, accidents, ageing from scratches.

• Damage resulting from negligent or improper repair by any service provider other than Taikonaut.

• Water damage.
